
As a cerebral palsy sufferer, student Ellie Forrester claims that people with disabilities are unfairly treated with main stream education. To highlight this issue she has made a film which was showcased this week in college to students and invited guests.
The film covers the story of a young girl who has celebral palsy and who has to fight the system for the right to do the things she wants, like studying strong academic subjects. Her social life also has its troubles with her boyfriend, played by fellow student Sam Clewlow, taking a lot of flak from his friends about his relationship with her.
